Computer science Engineering lecturer turned yoga instructor, nishath found her passion towards yoga and did her yoga TT course and Therapy yoga course which lead to persue her career as a full time yoga teacher.
She incorporates yoga to tone the body and work on internal health with mudras and pranayam.She also believes that yoga can unleash the calmer self of you to discover peace and feel grounded.
She is a creative yoga teacher with 7+ years of experience in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Contemporary and Therapy yoga sessions.
Possess in-depth knowledge about breathing techniques and postures, and a passion for the spiritual elements of yoga teaching for deeper practices. Committed to helping students of all ages and different health conditions unearth their healthiest selves and discover inner peace.
