  2. Yoga Asana for your back and Spine to strengthen and for the Core
  3. Work out on constant movements and contraction of the Belly Portion and the back.
  4. Focus on losing body weight not only at the core but overall body structure.
  5. Developing the Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and agility in your body through Yoga Asanas to enhance better energy levels.
  6. Emphasis on Pranayama brings awareness to one’s breathing – Inhalation, Exhalation, and Retention of our breath.
  7. Practice the powerful and right techniques of Kriya’s and Bandha’s to enhance the body metabolism and release unwanted toxins from the body.
